Description

Our briskets are normally trimmed of excess exterior fat by our processor. There should be sufficient fat for succulent results. However some people may want to trim additionally prior to cooking. Remember, the fat from grass fed animals has a much healthier fatty acid profile than those which are grain fed. Our brisket is unlike what you will find at your grocery store. There will be variability in exterior fat, but the flavor of well prepared grass fed brisket is exceptional!
